As people interact and try to feel their way around each other's characters (not that way, you pervs!), how long a character's attended Ohtori can be important. This thread is a place to post this info.
Some notes to keep in mind: sThe longer you've been at Ohtori, the more a character (if it's in their personality to pay attention to these things) Ohtori legends and know more about the mainstays of the school (the rules, the rose garden, the Crotchety Old Headgroundskeeper) than others. Due to certain factors *coughAkiocough* it's impossible for a character to know every legend and piece of informal history about the school.
Rachel: Has attended Ohtori since fifth grade.
Piet: Has always attended Ohtori
Gretchen: Has always attended Ohtori
Cori: Has been at Ohtori since fifth grade.
Marja: Has always been at Ohtori
Jeroen: Has alway been at Ohtori
Hannah: Has been at Ohtori since fifth grade
"Eww!" girl: has been at Ohtori since seventh grade
NB: For convenience's sake, I'm listing the NPCs I mentioned in posts, rather than creating a separate entry just for NPCs.

Adelaide Van Heemstra: Just started school this year.
Grietje Smit: Has always been at Ohtori. Doesn't bother listening to most stories, but will listen to a few.
Saskia: Been at Ohtori since 6th grade. Knows only a bit more than Grietje about Ohtori 'legends'.
Adelaide's roommate (whose name I need to find again and may just give up and give a new name....): has always been at Ohtori.

Maarten Hoffman has attended Ohtori since he was in 2nd grade.
Karel Ter Heide has attended since he was in 6th grade.

Issac: Was home-schooled until sixth grade, continues to be taught at home as well as at school. However, he gets around an awful lot. wink
Gregor: Has been in Ohtori for all his school career.
Camilla: Newcomer. Only been for one year, since seventh grade.

Abellona: Has only just begun attending Ohtori Academy, and is in her senior year. As such, the only things she really knows about the school are the things that she was told when enrolled--the basic rules. All the other peculiarities of Ohtori are foreign to her.

Bade Banning: Has attended Ohtori for two years and observes a lot. Knows quite a few of the myths and legends but doesn't talk about them often.
Natalie Dragomir: Has just started at Ohtori and doesn't know any of the myths and legends.

Adrian has been at Ohtori for 3 years, since he was 13. (He was in 7th grade when he arrived) He recognises most other returning students' faces in passing, but his solitary, abrasive nature has prevented him from making any friends except for Gregor, who he met in his first year.
Charlie is new this year, but she knows (or knows of) most people in her grade, especially the cute girls. rolleyes

Noir as attended Ohtori since 6th grade, previously attending another private school in France. When her mother had a fiery arguement with the principal, she had Noir move to Ohtori.
Nocturne has attended Ohtori since 7th grade, previously going to a public school in the Netherlands. Once her parents found out about the many 'extracurricular activies' (gangs and such) happening in her school, they decided to send her to a place with a focus on higher education, fine arts, and proper ettiquite. Ohtori.

Sofie has been attending Ohtori since 4th grade, but because she has a lot of higher level classes and finds it hard to introduce herself to people outside of classes, she doesn't have many friends at school, especially in her age group.

Ketrien Raymer: New arrival to Ohtori. Attended a private school elsewhere until just recently. Definitely clueless about the myths, legends, and goings-on in the school.

Both Gisela and Kaseem are new to the school and are unaware of the myths and legends. Kaseem attended regular public school while Gisela attend public up until first grade when she was transfered to the St. Dymphna Institution (for treatment and schooling and this is a made up institution)

This isn't really character information, but more to give you a better idea of the two male duelist's heights:
Maarten is 5'8''...but Adrien is 5'11''. So while Maarten is physically more fit and muscular, Adrien is more of a slender physique and is 3 inches taller than the soccer player.
