Diner (1982)

5 guys in their 20's spend most of their time hanging out in a Diner. It's Christmas time in 1959, and the guys all begin to think it's about time they went about their lives without the comfort of the 'diner'.

I didn't really like this film.

Hmmm..I didn't really think about it until now but I guess we could call this a guy movie.I found this film to be a minor miracle. On the surface it is thoroughly familiar and yet, because of it's artistry and perception, seems totally freah to me.Very well acted.

I've seen it and I am female. I have to say I do like this movie, it is dated in its treatment of women, but then it is pretty true to its time period. The popcorn scene is classic. I also like Daniel Stern's football quiz to marriage scenes.

I've seen it and I am female. I have to say I do like this movie, it is dated in its treatment of women, but then it is pretty true to its time period. The popcorn scene is classic. I also like Daniel Stern's football quiz to marriage scenes.
