xD Because I pity the dub, because a lot of people hate it, and it's a good dub compared to others. *hugs the dub*
But the voice actor for Itachi is the SAME person that does the voice acting for Gai....isn't that just a little weird? xD
I think Orochimaru and Zabuza was the same voice actor as well.
Shino got screwed in the dub. x.X He sounds like a nerd.

Ah, actually, that wasn't Itachi's permanent VA. :3 Gai's VA only filled in for that time and that time only. He even said so himself at the NF forums.
And yes. Oro and Zabuza have the same voice actor. I like his Oro voice better, though. It's all creepy-like. >>;
I think Shino's voice is the only one I don't like, albeit his second voice sounded much better than his first.

Ok, I hate the dub. Not because is badly translated cuz I think it was translated very good. And the cut parts aren't much really. I just detest the voices used. They don't match the characters personality AT ALL! I do sincerly LOVE Sasuke's voice. Ubber hot! whee I also like Temari's voice and Kin's voice. They really bring out a femenine yet tough personality.
But all other are awful...especially Gaara's, Itachi's and Oro's.
Still, I watch it cuz I don't download the anime and I don't have money to keep buying the series. ^__^

Yeah, Sasuke's voice is awesome. o_o <3 I also like Naruto's voice and Neji's voice...and 99% of their voices. xD
I find that they made Shakimaru more mean than lazy. xD But that's just me.

Meh..Shika's voice wasn't THAT bad. Is lazier in jap. But it was a good effort overall. Naruto's voice sounds prativally the same as in the sub. But I don't see expression compared to the sub. As for Neji's doesn't sound as smexy and deep as in the sub. Sounds more like he has a soar throat...just like Gaara's. But Gaara's worse...
I did find Lee's voice to be amusing. In the sub is more deep; in the dub is more gayish but is still amusing. XP

I absolutely love Neji's voice as well. I'm familiar with his VA since he's played the voices of my favorite characters from other series.
I think Gaara's is okay, but not bad or horrible. .. To be honest, I don't think any of the voices are horrible.
And the editted stuff doesn't bother me. I can live without swearing and blood. =/

Well, I meant his attitude seems more mean than lazy. I think he has a lazy voice in english. xD
There's a GREAT series of AMVs that compare the english voices of Naruto, to the Japanese voice. If Kairi.nin gives permission, I can find them and post them here.
I heart Lee's voice. At first, I was annoyed that he didn't use contractions, but being that in Japanese, Lee speaks in formal Japanese ALL THE TIME, they had to do something. Same with Naruto. A lot of people complained about "Believe it!" but it was a good english version of how Naruto's "Dattebayo" in Japanese.

I think Naruto's "Believe it" is ok. I find it nice. It shows Naruto's personality. Though if he used it less it would be a little better, but I don't find it annoying. Is quite cute.
I also don't mind the cut parts. Truthfully, is not much compared to other shows that really cut basically everything. Is still enjoyable.
I also like Lee's voice. Quite amusing like I said before. I also like Kabuto's english voice.
What does "Dattebayo" mean...? Forgive my ignorance ><

"Dattebayo" is a Japanese slang term. xD Like Kairi said, it doesn't really translate to anything, but it's still used.

Was it just me or did they ADD blood!? I do NOT remember seeing blood when Sasuke did all those moves on Yoroi.. or whatever his name was.. in the subbed version.
If they did, BONUS POINTS FOR THE DUB! If they didn't, then, oh well. I still love the dub. And Sasuke's VA. Damn, he can scream.. :3 heart .. xD;
