I dont know which one, I like alot of them. Maybe that one about Fry's dog( if only I could remember what the title was) that he left behind in the past and in waited for him but then it died. It was so sad.

The alternate universes in alternate boxes.
I loved when the two proffesers were yelling as the boxes were coming out for no reason.

I love the episode were they go back in time, and Fry becomes his own grandfather. And then bender is stuck in the ground for a thousand years:
Fry: Bender, what was it like to be stuck in that whole for a thousand years?
