Village of Bloody Mist

Ok since the village is just starting out we dont need a lot of higher ranked ninjas. Here is what I need right now

5 Senin- they will be the High Council and make decisions for the Village

10 Anbu- 4 will be assined to me the other 6 will carry out missions

4 Jounin - For now they will be instucting the Academy

Everyone Else will start as a student. When the village starts to grow advancements will take place according to activity and some of the Jounin and eventually Chunin will be given missions
