This is where new genins should train to learn chakra control. The idea is simialar to the Naruto tree climbing. There is a Series of ledges which can be reached. The more contol and ability to use your chakra the higher you will be able to get.

you have to build up chakra, chakra flows throught everone persons body it is interwined with every part of our physical body. You must build up the chakra in your body and then concentrate that energy to your feet. Get a running start, whith the charkra focused in your feet you should be able to run straight up this cliff

(blinks) Ohhh, now I get what you're saying. Is there another way to build up chakra for the moment? I know it's a good exorcize, but seeing is how I am beyond all definitions of the word new to this, and slightly doubtful I could do very well on my first try, especially since no one taught me anything about any of this

(sighs for a moment and takes a deep breath as I close my eyes and turn my thoughts inward)
{It's okay. . . you can do this. . . but . . . channeling my Chakra? Ugh, I'm probably going to fall right on my. . . no, I have to focus. It not to the top of the cliff, at least to the first ledge, then focus my energy to keep running. Just. . . keep. . . }
(at that moment the wind slowly starts to pick up as my eyes open and I take off running at an incredible rate. I reach the cliff and turn up and the close to ninety degree angle and push to my limit. The speed at which I run puts an unbearable strain as I start losing sight and track of where I am at. I come close to wanting to just grab the rock face and fight tooth and nail to get to the top. I feel so determined to get to the top, and fatigued from uneasy sleeping and late nights that I don't notice that I lose my footing half way up the rock face. I try to frantically look for something to grab onto, but the panic forces me to kick away from the rock face causing me to fall) SH!!!
(So scared as to what happens, and burning up so much energy, I lose consciousness)

Amazed at what he just witnessed. His first person he trains was instantaneously able to unleash great chakra and accomlish more than anyone on their first try. He never expected her to get to the first ledege but inside rooted for her when she took off. Now seeing what she had managed to do once she got that high up. Tikashi himself takes off up the cliffside to catch this prodigy in the air as a fall like that would make things hard to catch. He catches her somewhere around the 4th ledge and lands on in jumping don ledge by ledge. Once at the bottom he checks her vitals then carries her off to his home so she can rest. He prepare a bed for her and takes proper treatment of her before he decides that he too should rest

(Shows up at the cliffs and stares up at the top of the cliff. Takes a deep breath and closes my eyes for a moment focusing my spirit. I hold my G-Blade out in front of me with my right having the blade point to the left of me. I then place my palm toward the hilt of the blade, and slide it to the tip as a sugar pink energy glows from the blade. I then bring the blade across to my left side then raise it high in the air)
DUPLICATIVE UNIVERSE!!!
(The G-Blade shines brightly as the area around me becomes black. A blue grid shows at my feet, and then begins creating the cliffs I stood before. The cliffs form and they return to their normal color as if nothing happened, but the rest of the area remains black. To an onlooker from outside the realm, it would appear as dark storm clouds forming around the area, until they were within the duplicative barrier.
I then throw the G-Blade high into the air and it travles among the wind currents embedding itself in the top of the training course causing a huge avalanche of rocks. I clap my hands together focussing my elements into my spirit creating green and blue energy blades along my arms which I now hold at my sides.
A few of the falling rocks that fall come right at me and I easily dispatch them with a cross slash of both blades. Holding out my right palm, I send off a plast of water deflecting another rock. I swirl my left hand around creating a boost of which I jump up to the first ledge, and then I jump into the air again at a series of rocks.
I do a summersault and hold my arms about me in a fashion that forces the rocks to split as if I were a buzz saw. Changing the position of my arms so they're appart like a helicopter, I gain a height advantage and land on one of the falling rocks which I jump off of onto the next ledge.
The ledge that I land on soon becomes unstable forcing me to proceed on to the next, so I focus my spirit and run up, and along the cliff face toward the next ledge. Several rocks come barreling for me and I fire off a few water and wind bursts deflecting some, and slashing at any that get close, as I make it to the third ledge.
No sooner do I reach the third ledge, a rock plows me off the ledge. I use my wind arm and change the air current so it spins the rock getting me on top of it, which I bound off of it and head back to the third ledge, then off the third ledge in the direction of the fourth.
The earth around the cliff begins to shake as one huge boulder starts going for the fourth ledge. As I reach the ledge, I kneel for a second and begin focussing what's left of my spirit energy and then I jump at the giant rock with my arms in front of me while I put a spin on my body. I drill the giant rock, and when I reach the other side, bounce off the rock and towards the direction of the G-Blade which has stuck itself in the top of the rock face.
I bring my hands away at my sides as the energy blades disappear and I grab the handle of the G-Blade and acrobatically swing myself into the air while pulling it out at the same time, landing on the the top of the cliff.
After retrieving the G-Blade, the sky and the ground returns to normal, and any damge to the cliff-side training course vanishes.
After the ordeal, I sit on top of the cliff in a meditative posture holding onto my G-Blade)

*she jumps agailly off an upper limb from a tall pine next to the mountain, landing nimbly next to a small bush in the opening where every one is. Her
ear's both pointing different ways. The right tan ear twiches a bit turnning from infront of her to behind her, while the left one point's directly tward's the small group of trannie's. Her deep green eye's come to rest on Jamer's and her trade mark smirk being's to show*
" Yello!
Oi? why would you say that it would be a pain.. this mountain doesent seem that bad" *she says with a smile as she walks twards Jammer*

*she begins to laugh a little and her eye's light up with amusment. her ear's pirk streight up as she smile's*
"I see, Well Ill have you know that I my self am pretty clumsy!... though this mountain is nothing but a measure of speed and leg strength.. of witch will be a serious peice of cake to me" *she smirk's and looks up to the mountain though her left ear is still dirrected tward Jamer showing that she is still listening*" But I will go at a slow pase so I can be there if you need me"
