Floccinaucinihilipilification - an act or instance of judging something to be worthless or trivial

Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia - fear of long words (how ironic)

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis - a lung disease caused by the inhalation of very fine silica dust, mostly found in volcanos (and the longest word ever to appear in an English language dictionary)
