Did anyone else notice that book 8 came out spiffily early? ._.
Ahem. Anyway, I bought book 8 today at my local Borders Express. Yay! And I read it. And it was good! Because it's the first one with Ling and his merry band!
So...I was looking at the characters' page in the front of the book.
AND I SAW SOMETHING.
WHAT DO YOU THINK I SAW?!
U-under the Fuhrer's picture, was this lovely kana. [once again, drawn by Eodaiya].
Lovely, lovely kana! 'What does it say', you implore!
This lovely kana reads "Izumi Katiisu".
Hm. THEY PUT IZUMI'S KANA UNDER THE FRICKEN' FUHRER'S PICTURE! GAH!

Hmmm... maybe it's some kind of inside joke. Oh, and if anyone else has played the TCG, there is a translation error. Risa is translated as Lisa! I understand that it could technicly (that's too hard to spell... who made that word anyway?) go either way, but it's just a constistency issue.

Ling is now Lin, even though the braclet they gave him still says Ling Jean is apparenly Jan now... Ed became Al, unless Al was talking in the third person

My friend thinks its a problem with Viz. She was reading another Viz manga and quite a few of the talk bubbles were pointing to the wrong person.
