Could someone inform me the differences between the two. I'm having trouble finding relyable sources on teh net.

Okay. First off, it's 'eclectic' not 'eclectric'. xD But that's alright.
Second, unless you are an initiated wiccan first, neither of them 'qualify' you to call yourself wiccan.
Solitary is working alone. Many people who join covens leave and work on their own as a solitary. Alot of teens works solitary before they can be initiated, since most covens don't accept those under 18. Before someone is initiated, and in their training phase, they are solitary.
Eclectic refers to HOW to you practise, not who you practise with.
If you are eclectic, you don't follow a specific tradition, and you mix and match what feels right to you. This isn't wicca unless you've been initiated.
Again, you are pagan if you are either of these without initiation, but that's completely fine. Remember, wicca isn't the only kind of paganism.
