Yeah, that is a really hott hic eek buuut, I do not think it is really him. This was posted in the Favorite Pictures Of Him thread, and I'm pretty sure that his head was just photoshopped into that picture and somebody drew tattoo's on him arms; because in real life he has a lot more.

Thats not Billie Joe sorry to say. You can definately tell by the '27' tattoo. It is not in the right place, not thick enough, and is crooked.
