Description
This anime have no focus of just one main character but more like two characters. Tsukamoto Tenma is a second grader in high school that seem to like her classmate Karasumaru but she too shy to approach him. Her friends and her younger sister Yakumo is trying to help her to confess her love to him but he transfer out of the school by next year. Tenma uses many strange methods to get Karasuma’s attention and confess her love to him.
On the other hand Harima Kenji a delinquent that feels deeply in love with Tenma and he tries his hardest to get her to realize his feelings for her. But unfortunately, Tenma's preoccupation with Karasumara ensures that she doesn't notice Harima's affection. To top it all off one day Harima saw Tenma and Karasumaru having lunch together this causes him to skip school and embark on a journey of enlightenment.
Sound/music
The opening theme song is pretty great and also what has attracted some people to watch this anime. This music is great for this kind of anime. The ending theme great too but the opening I like better because it goes along with the anime.
Animation
The character design is really great and I really like the way that they make their eyes and hair. I like the different kind of character design that they put into this anime expect for that they make similar anime characters into this anime. Not all of them is similar to other anime.
My opinion
I don’t really like comedy anime that much but I couldn’t stop watching this anime because it contain romance in it as well. I really like this comedy romance anime so much that it became one of my favorite anime. The theme songs weren’t that great to my enjoyment but it was good enough because I like the storyline and the romance. I like romance too much to pass this anime over even though it has comedy in it as well. During episode 19 they show some of the classmates in the class with no face and I think they should at least give them a face or don’t show them faceless. When it reaches episode 22 that’s when things get heated and refer on the title of this anime.There also love around the school and with some comedy as well. One of the things I don’t really like in this anime is that they used other character from other anime because they seem to similar to them and they used some of the other movies as well. But I think that’s what all kind of comedy anime has in them. Even though they have that I still like the anime and I think everyone should watch and enjoy it.
This does continue to 2nd season and they still try to copy off things from other shows...(u just have to see School Rumble or the 2nd one for urself)

The manga does a good job at naming alot of the classes other class mates. It also follow yakumo who is one of my favorite characters before Harima. I liked it when harima made his manga. Their are only 2 volumes out though and i haven't seen the anime crying

Edit:i found this picture I LOVED THAT PIC! lol it sooo funny School rumble is the best Im saving to watch the 2nd season for last since its the best! Although I heard the 2nd season song and it wasnt really that good. I like the 1st season songs theyre the best

School Rumble is the awsomest awsome AWSOME anime in the whoooole world! It is my favouritest anime!

We all know that the comedy on School Rumble is just attracting for people to watch when theres a romance scene their can be a scene that could cut it off and turn into comedy.
Tenma is obviously a clueless girl that doesn't know that Harima Kenji is really in love with her. Even so that Harima has to hide his identity because of the past. Tenma is just ridicously funny she might not reconize Harami with no beard neutral until that one episode comes up!
Yakumo is a sweet girl though she knows how everyone feels and knows their thoughts isn't it possible if Tenma wasn't using her so?
Yakumo really loves her sister and protects her and stuff when theres an insult about Tenma and obviously Tenma is an idiot and maybe not notice a lot of things that are completely noticeable.
Eri Sawachika, Mikoto Suo , and Akira Takano are Tenma's friends they know a lot about Tenma but barely Yakumo they probably think that Yakumo is always the one that is a maid,but all of them have diffrent skills
Eri's power is : Wealth - Mikoto's power is : Kenpo - Akira's power is : Resources
Okay, First of all I hate this guy named Oji Karasuma I don't know what Tenma sees in him. He's like a robot nothing less, and he's so bad looking his haircut was really bad no offence but its pretty old fashioned. The only thing he loves is Curry! nothing else but CURRY!
Harima he really is a true comedian his feelings for Tenma is so off she's cute and all but she's just too focused on Oji the Curry Dude I really wanna go insane. Harima is a sweet guy and when he says kick he punches! I mean WTF? but still he spills his guts at a wrong time.
