History:Koyuki grew up in the Land of Clouds. She wasn't a particularly spectacular ninja as she grew up. The former Raikage saw that she had potential and decided to train her, along iwth two others. By the end of 4 years, the former Raikage, decided Koyuki was the one most suited for the job of Raikage.
