The large building was off towards the side of the Manor, with a small stone path that broke off from the path that lead towards the pool. The residental building was slightly fenced in, short and surrounding the property, which within contained a small garden and fountain off towards the left side. Whilst on the right was merely a path that lead towards the beach.
The outside of the building was fairly small in comparison to the manor, painted white with a flat fenced roof, it looked alot like a cottage despite it's oddly done roof. Containing windows along the second floor, a large round window above that, and a few large windows scattered aroudn the first floor.
