A place, were the hunters of the demon kin, can meet and greet each other. Unlike demons, they are a little more orderly and clean.

Setting

Atop of a very tall skyscrapper, there is an ancient building. This structure withstood the tests of time and exsisted for thousands of years. Seeminly born from rock and crystals, it stands strong. With its natural energy source, the lighting which it is constantly being struck with, the crystals absorb it and store it. The building is completed with beautiful furniture and many tapestries. It has a very large training room and a slightly advanced medical centre, allowing for rapid healing. There is one room in this building with a strange symbol on the door. The problem is no one is able to enter it for some reason.

Celestial's Place in Underworld

The celestials used to be humans guardians, protecting them from the vile demons that had come to harm them. Yet with the appearance of vampires and lycans, the celestials became lost with what to do. These new human spawns were using the demons and sending them to their deaths, making the celestial's job much more complex. Over time, they tried to decide what role they should now play. With the demon population down to near nothing, they were confused for many years. When the demons started to resurface, they decided to take the fight back to them, to keep their numbers down to where they would be manageable. If that would mean that they would have to fight vampires and lycans as well, then they were willing to take that challenge.

Celestial's appearance ranges from nearly completely human like to, like demons they can take on animal characteristics, like claws, teeth, wings, talons, tails and other such features. Their sizes can vary but do tend to stay close to the human type size. There have been cases where some celestials have reached enormous heights, but this is rare. Their powers or abilities, like the demons, they can have enhanced strength and speed. Like nearly all immortals they can gain strength as they age, so celestial ancients can most likely go toe to toe with a vampire elder rather easily, but right now there is are no known ancients.

*Looking down the side of the skyscaper* "Wow, we are a long way up." She states with a surprised looked upon her slightly pale face.

* it was Teil's turn to watch over the celestial palace, and he was carfully going over the building checking over the rooms and looking in everywheres but the private bedrooms. he ended up on the outer floor which overlooked the entire city. he looked around and sees Seraphina.* shes here again i see ... poor girl ... if only they had of let them be ... at least she would have been able to have been with him ... * he muttered to himself and sighed. he was one of the few who completly supported the love that those two shared. it pained him to see one of his own in such anguish.*

* he smiles*Ahh yes Seraphina * he gives a polite bow. he liked to great all the other celestials with respect, even those who are younger then himself. knowing that its not age that judges how much respect one is due, but thier actions. currently there is no one that Teil dislikes in the celestial council.*

everything is in perfect order. it is a quiet night, and i am rather gratefull for it. considering everything that is going down below. i feel that we all could use a little rest. * the war with the demons have been hard on both sides. the celestials are ranking few in numbers recently and unfortunatly, the demon numbers are still quite high in comparison.

perhaps you are right ... if they are preparing for something ... maybe we should be as well ... i would hate for us to be caught off guard ... * he thinks for a moment* i will suggest to the council tomorrow that we begin immediate preperations... however ... thier answer may not come till a later date ... they are wise ... but promptness isnt thier best suit * he smirks*

well i wont deny thier arrogance ... but they do still run the celestial palace ... at least for now... for some time i have noticed that thier decisions have been of thier own feelings and ideals then what is best for everyone ... say what happend to you and your lover ... a terrible fate ... * he shakes his head in sadness* such a good man ... *he looks back to her* i just hope that i can convince them ... i grow tired of thier ignorace as of late ... and i may have to take matters into my own hands ... * his eyes shine with determination and anger. he has been becoming more and more frustrated the last few years of the council and thier neglect to go after the problems of everyone.*

i'm ashamed to admit that it is true ... * he sighs* i was hoping that someone other then myself saw it ... * he lowers his head and sighs again .* maybe its time for a motion of incomptitance ... although i dont think that they will step down very easily ... but we may be in need for a new council ... although i dont particually like to admit that ... the current council have done many great things ... however their minds are becomeing warped and distant ...

* his eyes beamed with thought.* well there are several ways to do such a thing ... if we have a vote of nonecompetence among the other celestials, we could overthrough them ... if they dont want to start trouble then they will simply step down ... however ... i dont know if that will go over too well ... there are more violent ways ... but those should most likly get ruled out ... there are other political ways to get them to step down ... but i'm sure that they would rather it be done in private so that they are not humiliated ... that would be a big deal to thier proud egos ...
