Wow, very impressive. I'm new to RPGs like this and I'm probably gonna ask a lot of questions, so please tolerate my ignorance. My first question is in reference to the Task force Alpha thread-are we allowed to have more than one character? Or is only Ant-man the only one allowed to do so? I am quite confused...

After re-reading the meta abilitys I have gotten another question. Are there any animals that are restricted from the animal comunication and controll ability. Also, is the world this takes place in the same as earth in terms of inhabitating spicies? Do there extinct animals(dinasoars, do-do birds, mamoths, ect.) or mithical creatures(phenexes, dragons, gryffins, ect.) inhabit the planet?

Also since you asked for ideas, here's one. Bear in mind that I have little idea what I'm talking about, but since this is a superhero RPG and weaknesses have always been an important part of Superhero lore(Superman with kryptonite, Green lantern with yellow, Sybiotes with sound and heat, ect.) would it be possible to incorporate weaknesses into the RPG? For instance, make everyone chose one or two weaknesses, or alternatly alwo people to give themself a weakness in extange for option points or something? For instance you could be weak against water so that all water baised attacks such as meele atacks from a water elementalist do adition wound to you, or you could be weak againt lead so that gun bullets do aditional wound to you, or weak against mental attacks and so on and so forth. And perhaps also you could have varying severity of weakess, like being slightly weak against something so that it does 1 aditional wound, moderatly weak against it so that it does two, ect.. Again I have little idea what I'm talking about, so if this is an extremly stupid idea or would take too much time to add(this thing obviously already took away a ton of your freetime) then just ignore me.

1) Under Animal Abilities any thing can work. If you want a Breath Weapon or Gigantic Size (For a Dragon Form) You would purchase those seperate. Then Ok it with the GM to allow a discount if bought for that form only.
2) Weaknesses and Disadvantages are something I'm toying around with. I have to figure out a way to do them with out them blowing the points system out of the water. I do agree limitations add flavor to a hero.
Naw You opinions matter, the goal is to make this game sellable I'm wanting to hear this very type of feed back. Thanks very much.

Also note that any of you have permission to print this off and run games at your home or run games in this guild or other guilds with these rules. The only thing I want is feedback... how it ran, what problems you had, we want these powers, limitations, more option points, less option points ect.

Task Force Alpha was a Super Group I created. Anyone can post a character of thier own design if they so want. I've been using tektek.org to make the avies.

I've added a listing of Limitations for Optional Rules these may become regular rules after an official playtest.

How about character weaknesses? It does seem a little strange I'll admit, and you're the one who best understands the mechanics of the game, but what if everyone had an alignment and was weak to one/two alignment/s? Or if every character was weak to two other characters.
eg. Superman weak to Goku

I never enjoyed the concept of Alignments mainly because they very seldom got used unless I was playing a Paladin in AD&D. I can see being weak to element not a character's moral codes. I did include Psychological Limitations for personal honor codes of which one could be Code Against Killing. You could use that to limit a character by Alignment.

Oh, and when under limitations it says enimie has equil or more OP than the hero, who do you mean by enimie?

And does the meta power spell casting just amp up other meta powers that are modified as spells, or is it a spell itself? O.K. kinda cunfusing wording, but I couldn't think of any other way to put it.

Start Play with 200 plus 200 per month of play.

Spell casting allows you to make spells for your character.
