Dairy 1002

Every land-from land to sea- has away of controlling the population; whether it is fear, hope, question, rules, or death. All lands have a dream, a dream to survive, a dream to live beyond the last generation, a dream to succeed far beyond the average quota.

this is what i have learned from my many journeys across the land. I've found myself looking for a difference, today's journey lead me to a land far from my own, I ran into many different type of people. They were all so short, they told me, that the official name was midgets. They said they didn't like little people. I was surprised how well the town did, they had everything like the last town, even though they were 3 times as short. They welcomed me into there homes, although they sat me down and told me what to do as a guest.

Chore's (( laugh it up i was there for a week i needed to do my share ))
day one: Walk there dog ((although it was twice the size of them ))
day two: help make dinner but only they could eat at 5:23 no later. ((that was hard))
day three: make dinner (( i had it done by 5:24 so they told me to try it again..i didn't make it i was to early..oh by the way they only eat fresh cooked food ))
day four: play with the children ((well, they played with me, i was a big kid, but they had fun to))
day five: to hunt with the man ((ok so i only carried the water))
day six: I got to make dinner again (( yes this time i was on time))
day seven: I had to weed the garden (( what they meant by garden was called a farm in another land i had visited ))

it was a hot, steamy night, walking down a path of dirt, the last path i marked down was a dry grass, now none at all. it was only a time were the night was dark. the night was darker then the day, they day was colder. she walked a little bit and found herself sitting on the side of the dirt path. her hair tied up her bag over her shoulder, her paper in her hand ready for a new entry.

A rock was flying threw the air aimed for the girls head when another rock flew by and knocked it off course.
"Hey!"
A very tall man wearing nothing but gray clothes was yelling at some kids in a tree. When the kids noticed they had been discovered they jumped from the tree and ran. The man with gray clotheing then turned to the woman. He was 6'11, he had a deep tan and his blue eyes stood out on his face. His hair hand been shaved except on the top of the head where it stood up and was the color of blood. He walked over to her with a cold look on his face.
"Hello miss, I would say welcome but I would be lieing. Your not welcomed here. And if you don't leave before those boys get to the town you'll never be able to."

The demon started to laugh a little as she spoke to her guardian, a small pearl white snake with golden/red eyes that shone brightly. She spoke to her guardian in snake tongue. "Ha ha ha...Yuki-san, so you think it would be better if I were in human form? I guess that would be less awkward for those who see me" Yuki nodded her small, white head in agreement. In an instant, a young girl of about seventeen years of age was standing in the spot where the snake demon was. The girl tilted her head, her shoulder length black hair falling behind her shoulder, and she smiled. "Is this more comfortable a sight for you two?" She asked. The girl was of a small build, and only a few inches over five feet tall. Even though she had red eyes, she looked harmless. "I am Chaos and this is Yuki, my guardian and travel companion. It's a pleasure to meet new people even in odd circumstances." Chaos spoke English, but it was heavily accented, as if she came from extremely far away. Her accent had never been recognized by anyone. Yuki's eyes were glowing as she sat perched on Chaos's head, looking around at the suspicious area.
