Do what the title says. Make up an attack. I do have some guidelines, though:
1) Don't make it overly broken
2) Give us an idea of what Pokemon can learn it
4) We'll give them TM/HM #s. Only...ask if you can make it a TM. We'll start off with TM01.
3) Have Fun with it.
Here's mine...just an idea I threw together yesterday. X3
TM01
Tail Slam
Type: Normal
ATK: ---
ACC: 90
PP: 10
The power of this attack is based on the weight of the user
Pokemon: If it can learn Iron Tail, it can learn Tail Slam.
Basically...this is a move you DON'T want a Groudon to learn.

Type: Electric
ATK: 18
ACC: 85
An attack that hits 2-5 times. In a double battle, the targets it hits each time are random.
Pokemon: Electric types.
And if you make this a TM, could you make it TM 42?

Time to not shaft Grass types!
Root Rush
Type: Grass
ATK: 90
ACC: 100
PP: 15
Slices the foe with razor shape vines.
Target is smashed with roots from the ground.
I figured Fire, Ice, and Electric types have a 90 ATK move with 15 PP so why not grass types? Giga Drain sucks.

The foe is burned with an unseen force. May cause a burn.
Basically for Vulpix and Ninetales.
This was it was on the other website.

I made this 'cause I always get poisoned whenever I'm out of antidotes. At that moment I could really use this move. razz

I thought of this one a while ago, back when I posted at Gamewinners.com regularily.
Adrenalin Rush
Type: Normal
ATK: ---
ACC: ---
PP: 5
The user pumps themseves up, boosting Attack and Speed to maximum, but severely lowers accuracy and evasion.
Basically, any Pokemon that could learn either Focus Energy or Bulk Up can learn this, perhaps a few others as well.
