Background info:Kelsey, abandand as a little kid by her older sister, goes and trains to get revange on her younger sister, who was killed by getting hit by a car when they where little, by killing her older sister. She goes to a special dojo and learns that she can change into a cat at will. She uses her cat like abilities to spy and get info on anything she can find about the werabouts of her family. She can appeare as anyone when she wants to.
