Yes, they are human, just with immortality. Just like Aes Sedai and Asha'man, the Forsaken/Chosen sleep.

do they sleep? hmm, seems to me they've been sleeping for 3k years, so maybe not...(joking) yes, I'm quite sure they sleep...

Even thuogh they are immortal, just like everybody else they need their sleep. just because they are the chosen dose't mean they are invincable.

they probably wouldn't have to sleep if they didn't want to, but I'm pretty sure they do. Anyway, I think that this question has been answered a hundred percent in the affirmative, so it is safe to say that they do.

i think that they would not need as much but eventually they would because isn't that how the master communicates with them mostly??
