i'd have to say zoro or luffy were the strongest, but zoro is the strongest not having a devil fruit power.

Luffy- devil
Zoro- normal.
you can't say who is strongest because its not a fair set up if ya know what i mean, but both are strong in heart 3nodding

i think the strongest person luffy defeated would be crocodile cuz it took him 3 times to beat him and smoker is the strongest luffy has battled....

yes u r all right but if u think about it, luffy can't get killed with a bullet, and the others can...true luffy can get kiled by a sword or from drowning but most pirates have bullets.
sanji is really strong when it cums to crowds. he can kick his way through...
zorro, is a really good fighter and along with nami they are the normal ones, but zoro gets hurt quickly.
overall i reckon sanji, he has a good heart, and realy knows how to kick.

Robin-3
(not my ratings but they are true) how can robin be 3?she got devil fruit!! n i thought usopp is weaker then nami..... y is she 1? o.o she have lighting attacks..... i dont agree with this!!! well .... some of this.... xp
