I know who the humonculi are (Envy, greed, wrath, Lust, Ect.) I just don't know how they are created and where they come from and why they excist and excactly WHAT they are. If somebody could tell me that would be super xd

To pust it simply they're the results of trying to bring back a human with alchemy... The body is created but there is no soul thus making them evil and stuff sweatdrop .

In the anime they are created from the result of a human transmutation gone wrong. They turn more evil when they eat pieces of the fake philosopher's stone.
In the manga they are created from having the fake philosopher's stone put into a person. (Father extracts it from his head) If they survive, they're a humunculus. If not, they died.
