do you thing this looks anything like chii??

I want to do a cosplay as chii but im having a hard time getting just the right look....will you please tell me what you think and give me sugestions.

The eyes aren't the right color, but yeah that looks like Chii ^^

The dress seems to be a little off. Maybe if you puffed it up a bit, made it shorter and with more decorations/details it would look better.
