Lately I have been reminicing about the 80's and 70's. I was remebering about all those crossdressing, extra flamboyant, short short wearing, hard rocking, homosexual artist in the music world. I was also wondering "were did they go" Why isnt there any more gay and lesbian musicans that are not as flamboyant? so I started looking and I found were they all are....well most of them. They were here So I want to know from you... Who is your favorite Homosexual artist? Do you think that the world needs more gay musicans or is it fine like it is?

If given the choice of the homosexual artists on that page, and good music.
I would go with the good music. Mara levi - Homo is funny though.

I'm not really sure I've listened to that much music by gay artists. I mean, I like Le Tigre, who have a butch lesbian keyboardist. And I like a few songs by the Butthole Surfers. But I haven't really listened to any others, so I don't know.

to tell u the truth, i dont listen to gay Musicians. I like Metal and as far as that goes i dont think there are any gay People doing that. . .if there are could u pm me with the name of the band so i could Download a song (remember i like stuff like tool)

Orgy's lead singer is gay. I hope that fills in your void for relatively well known gay metal.
And there are enough wannabe gay rockers out there, usually still in college and wanting to prove a point or just act like ******** scenesters. They don't become mainstream because they're gay, they just happen to make shitty music.
If I find a good gay rapper, I can die happy.

The focus moves from their music to their personal lives.

I couldn't care less if my favorite singers are gay or not. It is about the music, right? Why should the bands' sexuality come into play at all? O_o

Plus We're (well trying to) disscuss there contribution to the gay community by either perpetuate the idea of the sterotypical homosexual like some asrtist or do they show the world that being gay has nothing to do with there music
