Hey. I am the Kage of the Hidden Flame village, Ryo Hantano. I know that there isn't much room for new villages here, but I decided to try a new idea to see if anyone would like this village. A bit of a secret... this village has a scroll of forbidden techniques, just like most other villages. But the only way to learn a technique out of it, is to beat me, the Kage that already knows them. So if you are interested, post here saying that you will join the village... And I await your challanges...

ok... sounds doable... but could you get a picture of it? I'm not completely sure I know what it is... unless it's from Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion...
