I'm tempted to apply for Kisame, or Naruto, or someone like that, but I'm only familiar with Sasuke, Sakura, and Itachi.. and, well, I don't want to RP Sakura when I'm already RPing Sasuke for obvious reasons. :3
I have this incredible urge to role-play right now, though. Gah. >_<
