ah Buggy the Clown. I dunno, Kuro was pretty freaking creepy just because of that moronic way in which he adjusted his glasses and because of those damn ears everyone but him wore. Plus, he's a tool.

The guy who does his voice sounds familiar...kinda like Shikamaru, I don't think they're the same person though. Well, regardless, they both have charismatic voices.
