I thought that people could menchin things that happen a lot in anime shows like theres always someone that get's extreamly hungry in one episode at least or somthing they thought was funny too.

All enemies that appear in mass numbers will wait and come up either one at a time, or in a long straight line. THis makes them easy for the hero to kill off quickly and with style.

I'm not really sure if this applies to all animes but the main chracter never notices the obvious. i.e. The bad guy is right behind him the entire time not even trying to hide. stare I mean really. Who wouldn't notice a tall dark dooming shadow behind them.

how come the bad guy in any tv show never just kills the people they want to kill, if they did maby it would be more realistick

if there is a transformation, no matter how insignificant,no one will be able to recognize the transformed character
one of the best examples is sailor moon

Another thing about the transformations is that a mask hides everything. It could be a sticker on their head and nobody will know who they are. With exception to the Black Ox guy on Orphen. He sortah stood out to everybody.
