I would love to be Sailor Venus or Sailor V, but my hair's more like Sailor Mercury's length and it grows so damn slowly! gonk (And I can't sew. >>; )
Also, I wouldn't mind being Mirabelle(forget her Japanese name) from DoReMi. whee

Ok I know this isn't technically anime, but I'd love to cosplay as Yuna from FFX. I have her same hair style (must trim it first) and I adore her outfit. I had a friend who was going to cosplay Yuna from FFX-2 because she has that hair. Hehehe.
Or, Miaka from Fushigi Yuugi while shes in her Priestess outfit. Lots of people hate Miaka. I think shes cute.
Or ooh! Kairi from Kingdom Hearts too! Shes cute!
