Like I said, the elements play an important role in the positive nature of you. Knowing what astral sign you are is necessary for this part because you need to know your element. Here is the list:
Water: Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio
Air: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Fire: Aries, Sagittarius, Leo
Earth: Virgo, Taurus, Capricorn
There are many things you can do to keep yourself close to your element. There are elemental stones that you can carry with you or you could even wear a pentagram around your neck to help. If you’re looking to enhance your living space to your element, then what you do depends both on your element and on your taste. For air you could use feathers, which are an often-used symbol for air. For earth you could try putting flowers or potted plants or even fake trees in your room. For water you could get a small desk fountain and turn it off at night if it bothers you or have candles floating in bowls of water and change the water regularly. Lastly, for fire you can keep deep red, orange and black stones in arrangements in things like zen gardens or on desks, or try keeping something with deep colors in your room.
The actual exercise in this part is this:
I would like you to relax your breathing once again and close your eyes. When you are fully calm, think of a place that you feel very close to your element and inspired as well as calm. Now I want you to describe this place in a post, telling us what type of scenery it is you see or what is around you. We will try and think of substitutes for these places if you don’t have anything like it near you.
After posting you may move on to Exercise 3, same subforum.
