My favorite is the battle between the summons of the three legendary ninja: Orochimaru vs. Tsunade and Jiraiya (with Gamabunta). That battle rocks.
I also like the battle between Gaara and Rock Lee in the Chuunin exams, it's awesome. biggrin

It has to be i think it was 146 im not sure the number but its the second to last episode of the Battle in the Vally of the End. with Naruto and Sasuke.
