I went to check for any new information on the OVA. According to ANN's Hellsing OVA page. Seen HereJouji Nakata, Yoshiko Sakakibara, and Fumiko Orikasa will be returning to do voices. This makes me happy!

I was just on my way to see if anyone had heard about this
apparently Gonzo has made arrangments with the creator to do a OVA series followign trhe Manga... so we will finally get to see Mellnium in animated form
Also it appears that Genoen snapped up US distribution as soon as it was announced.
I got most of my info via third party sights, however AnimeNation one of the largest anime sights/forums is where I found out the Geneon has already livenses it for US release.
