~ Please PM me the application listed below before you write your lion's intro.
~ Typical pride rules apply. (Males are allowed into the pride, females must ask permission and provide an excuse before leaving, etc.)

Name: The name of your lion.
Gender: Do I really need to explain this'unn? XD
Rank: Please refer to the rank list.
Relations: If your lion has any family within PL, here's the place to list them.
Mate: Your lion's mate, if they have one.
Strengths: What your lion is good at; optional.
Weaknesses: What your lion isn't so good at; also optional.
Personality: What your lion acts like. Doesn't need to be long, just give us a general idea to go by.
History: Brief history of your lion; optional.

Pride Ranks~!

- King ~ Artemis
Role: To protect the pride, lead, patrol lands.
- Queen ~ Kagami
Role: Lead hunt if necessary, lead, support king, patrol, tend heirs, help other members.
- Advisor ~ Open
Role: Elder who advises the king, witnesses treaties and alliances.
- Shaman ~ Open
Role: Pride's healer. This lioness oversees birthing, and will tend wounded, sick, or dying lions in the hopes of reviving them.
- Royals ~ Varali, Anumati
Role: Princes and princesses who are teens or cubs, and don't have another pride ranking.
- Hunt Mistress ~ Open
Role: Leads the hunt, plans and executes it.
- Lead Warrior ~ Open
Role: King's second, leads warriors against hyenas and other enemies.
- Hunt Sisters ~ Open
Role: Hunt sisters are to follow the direction of the hunt mistress, help bring down the kill. Moreover, hunt sisters are also to teach cubs and assist them when they first train to hunt.
- Warriors ~ Open
Role: Males that aid the king and help guard the females from any unwanted guests.
- Den Mother ~ Diana
Role: Looks after the pride's young to insure they're kept happy and safe.
- Den Sisters ~ Open
Role: Help the den mother with the cubs and kittens. They are also in charge of keeping the main cave safe and clean.
- Scouts ~ Open
Role: Patrol the territory warding off any unwanted guests and potentially dangerous enemies when the king cannot, or scout along with the king.
- Pride Sisters ~ Open
Role: Help out when needed. Cub sitting, hunting, teaching cubs, cleaning, scouting, and so on. They need to be able to do anything.
- Pride Brothers ~ Open
Role: Help out when needed. Cub sitting, hunting, teaching cubs, cleaning, scouting, patroling, and so on. They need to be able to do anything and everything.
- Cubs ~ Open
Role: Any kitten or cub who isn't royalty. Free to develop their own interests and choose whatever position they may favor when they come of age.

Personality: Laid-back, caring, and perhaps just a wee bit too sensitive for his own good sometimes. Overall, Artemis has the makings for a great friend if one plays their cards right. (Just don't call him clumsy; even if he is, he hates to hear it.)
History: Since he's arrived in the Pride Lands, Artemis has since grown up with mostly Kagami and her family for company. He doesn't speak much of where he came from before his arrival. Even if he tiptoes around it when others bring it up, perhaps that crescent moon on his forehead isn't such a red herring after all...

Personality: Kagami is very Carefree and fun. She loves to play games like Tag. She is feisty, but, cute.

History: Born during the night of the Lunar eclipse, on the grasslands, and left in the white mist of night. Her first sight was a cresent glow in the sky, a beautiful moon. She was entranced by it's beauty, and searched everywhere to learn more about the spectacular pearl in the sky,...

Personality: You think Artemis' hero complex is bad? He's got nothin' on this little fella. Anumati is a -very- bold, adventurous little kitten. He's eager to get into anything and everything, no matter how dangerous it might be. If one didn't know any better, they'd almost think he was trying to compensate for his sister's silence -- he just doesn't know when to shut up! Fear doesn't seem to quite register in his mind; it's almost as though he thinks he's downright invincible. The fact that he's inherited all his parents' 'grace' doesn't exactly help matters any. Definately a handful, and then some.
History: Born to Kagami and Artemis. He's a young one yet, so his history's still very much in the making.

10/02/06 - Wow, that was fast! Kagami gives birth to her's and Artemis' first litter -- Varali and Anumati! (Artemis, you sly dog you. *bricked* XD)
10/01/06 - Kagami and Artemis became mates! <3 Moonlight Destiny finally has its Queen!

Artemis sat beneath the shelter of a tree, rather content with himself. He'd thought long and hard about a forming his own pride, a home that was truly his to return to. Now here he was, sporting a full, freshly grown mane and admiring the lands he'd finally chosen as his own. He was sure that sooner or later, Kagami would join him in his pride as well. Great lands, a home, his closest friend living alongside him. Could things have been any more perfect?

The white lion frowned, brow creasing in thought. Everything was going so well... but something just wasn't right. What it was, he didn't have a clue. It was something that had crept into the back of his mind when he'd grown; a small, nagging feeling. Like he was missing something. In only he knew what --

THAT. Artemis' head snapped up as the scent of a foriegn lioness wafted through the air, blue eyes wide with surprise. There was a nagging familiarity to it, even if he was sure he'd never come across it before. That itch in the back of his mind grew stronger.

The king pulled himself to his paws, trotting towards the scent. Maybe he didn't have a clue who that scent belonged to... but he was going to find out. He needed to find out.

Artemis was entranced from the moment he saw her, swept into a life that had been long since lost to the tides of war. The ruin of a paradise, of a kingdom more perfect than anything he could imagine. The peace and joy the queen had bought to their universe during her reign. A dark, beautiful cat with a moon matching his own beside him, a gray kitten with a bell round her neck...

It was the sound of her voice saying his name, so hauntingly familiar... then he knew. The white lion smiled as the last of the pieces fell into place, his own eyes meeting the lioness' own red ones. This was it. This was what he'd been missing all along.

"Lu -- "

His flakes twitched at the sound of someone else calling his name, and Artemis gave the smallest start as Kagami flopped onto her typical perch on his back. (Heavier than before?) "K-Kagami?! , " he sputtered, startled from his near dream-like state. "You're here! ... and you grew!" He hadn't been expecting her to come visit him so soon!

Artemis' gaze flickered to the lioness again, smile falling back into place. But then, today was turning out anything but predictable, wasn't it?
