Nitro+ is a pretty successful company that seems to have been around for a while. Their first game was the best selling title known as Phantom of Inferno, which has an OVA which is traslated along with the game.
Most to all of Nitro+'s games have action in them, which is pretty awesome. Although I'm not sure if any besides Demonbane have a combat system.
Aside from Phantom having an OVA series Demonbane has a TV series.
Unfortunatly, I can't list the games since I can't read most of the names.
Okay... so thinking of a combat system, they do have Super Nitro Wars... which doesn't reallycount since it's a side-scrolling shooter, but even that's combat.
Apparently they made a cart racing game recently... I want it. D: Al looks pretty cute like that. xp Well all of the characters do actually. >.>

well I heard that Alice soft is releasing all their old games for download...in japanese.....for free! I'd put the link up, but I think the TOS wouldn;t allow it.
