Ok this is just off the top of my head because I left my papers at my friends house.

Zero Mage:
Any class can become one
Requirements:
Alignment: Any Chaotic
Base attack bonus: +4
Feats: Time warding (discribed below)
Special: Must have been the target of a time spell or effect once throughout their adventures.
Stats: Knowledge (history) 7, Knowledge (Arcana) 7, Time caller 6 (described below)

Class abilities: (all spells described below)
Level Base Fort Ref Will Special
1 +0 +0 +0 +2 Timeing, Forsight
2 +0 +0 +0 +2 Pause, Bounus feat, Bounus Stat
3 +1 +1 +1 +3 Time stop, Shared time

Timeing: The time mage learns to watch his opponents and learn their styles of fighting, letting him make a reflex save for every attack after the third from each opponent on the time mage.

Forsight: Time mage scans the time/space around the area, letting him know what is comeing if anything 3/day

Pause: The time mage gains an extra two actions after casting this, no other character, friendly or not, can stop this, and the DC of all opponents is cut to 3/4

Bounus feat: The Time mage gains an extra feat at level 3. Must have a time based effect, or a combat based effect.

Time stop: For the next two rounds the Time mage and a target allie are the only two who can move. No other effects come from this.

Shared time: The time mage shares half his current health with a target allie, if half of his heath would completely heal the allie then the Time Mage can choose to share the remaining health with another allie, or keep it for later use.

DM's should be aware this is a very powerful class, and should be carfully contemplated before letting a PC become it. This is often a class (for my group) that is used as an opponent, often with wizard or soceror base class. There are no base class restrictions on this class, but it is recommended by me to be some arcane spell caster or fallen monk, as they are often the most useful with this class and have the easiest time becomeing it.

Enemy stats

Health 5d8+10
Weapons: Depends on base class of character, most often a quarter staff or fists
CR: about a 7 (I forget exactly)
Most common races: Elf, Human, Halfing
Bace attack: +1+base class attack bonus
Stats: 4d6+2 + 1 to a single stat (most often wis or int)

Sorry thats all I can remember, I will try and complete this after I get the sheets.
