After becoming worthy of a God-like status, he was allowed to be reincarnated with the unique gift of unmatchable speed, as the Elven Gods possess.

My God the competition is intense! But mabey I can spice it up a little twist...two competators! Yes crazy I know, but I'm willin to give it a try.
Sorry for the slightly harsh sounding sarcasm, it's all just in good humor. And I apologize in advance for my characters overly long run on paragraph of a history.
Lastly, how many entants are we allowed to have? I have three villans in the works, but that wouldn't be realy fair...

HistoryA orphan, Scapegoat spent his younger years as a street Urchin, living of stolen food and the kindness of those who were willing to give him food or shelter. In his days as an urchin he became very attached to the animals of the city he lived in, particularly the Raccoons, who in turn became very attached to him and helped protect him and assisted him in finding food. At the age of seven Scapegoat came across a book of dark magic when scavenging through an empty house. He became fascinated with the book and devoted himself to learning it’s secrets. After a several years of studying he used a spell to summon a powerful raccoon demon to protect him from a gang who had cornered him in a dark alley. The demon defeated the gang, it didn’t stop there, and it proceeded to attack Scapegoat. Scapegoat managed to defeat the demon by sealing it within himself, giving him many Raccoon like traits such as a tail, ears, heightened sense (especially night vision), increased manual dexterity, and making him nocturnal. It also game him demonic traits such as his green hair and red eyes. Soon word of this began to spread, and more and more rumors about the “demon child” began to surface. Those rumors ended up ruining Scapegoats life, as a year later a horrible event know as the demon’s rampage took place, where two half demons who were created by the governments top secret magic experimentation department (MED) escaped and destroyed a small city. If the true nature of the event were to become public, not only would the government’s reputation be destroyed, but also the existence of MED would be discovered, so the government instead decided to blame the incident on Scapegoat. To make matters worse, they had one of their agents manipulate Scapegoat into killing several people, further proving that Scapegoat was insane, dangerous, and responsible for the demons rampage. Soon Scapegoat became hated throughout the nation, and was nearly killed by the governments special crisis prevention force. After he realized that he had been tricked, Scapegoat became in raged and devoted his life to three things;1.) Clearing his name, 2.) Taking his revenge on the government, and 3.) to take revenge on the two half-demons who were responsible for the demons rampage. It was then that he decided to begin calling himself Scapegoat, because that’s what the government used him as. He also began training his mind against manipulation, and developed a seething hate for anyone who tries to manipulate others. Now at the age of fourteen, none of his three missions have gone so well. Despite his attempts to clear his name by performing random acts of kindness, protecting people, and doing other various superhero like deeds, people still seem extremely reluctant to trust him. The only place where he fells accepted is at his school, which he had a lot of trouble getting into both due to his reputation and his difficulty at being active during the day, but the school couldn’t turn down someone of his amazing intellect. On to his second mission, he’s finding it very difficult to find any way to do anything to something possessing as powerful as the government, especially without making his reputation worse, but he has managed to cause hell for the MED division on a few occasions. The last of his missions has proved to be the most difficult. He has confronted both of the half demons, who go by the names Nocturne and The Shinigami, and bolth of them have proved to be much more combat efficient than Scapegoat.

History:
Edmund lived a peaceful life in the London Zoo, until he was kidnapped by Dr. Marvelous, the world's smartest man and mad scientist. Edmund was one of thousands of animals taken by Marvelous for his army of drones. Edmund was mutated and cybernetically altered to work in the asteroid belt, assemblimg a space armada that was to later attack Earth. Edmund, who had been renamed Number 83, showed a particular aptitude for his work and was made a foreman. The armada was never finished, for the heroes of Earth found Dr. Marvelous' space lair and put a stop to his world-conquering scheme. The drones were set free and left on a deserted island in the Pacific Ocean. 83 admired the heroes who had saved him, and endeavored to be like them. Taking some of his old equipment, he went out into Man's World as Marvelous 83.

He was injected with various experimental chamicals which increased his intellect. Eventually he escaped in the rescue attempt he learned that the rest of his family were killed in Helmet testing experiments. He vowed revenge and escaped into the night to learn more about these humans. He was found by a Hero of the name Scarlet Crusader who took the monkey in and trained him in crime fighting techniques. In a battle the Scarlet Crusader was killed by a Villian known as the Ebon Knight. Bobo took the name Red Monkey the Dark Crusader and now hunts the Ebon Knight. +1 Armor (2 Gear points)History: Abandoned by his parents, Brolee was left at the gate of an old martial arts dojo. He grew up not knowing who his mother or father were. The sensei at the dojo, Sensei San Khan, later told Brolee that the note left with him said that his father was going to battle, and to his death. His father's last wishes were to have Brolee learn to defend himself, so that when he encounters an evil, he too can overcome it. For this reason, San Khan was very aggressive with Brolee, often using overharsh techniques agaisnt him. Brolee endured cruel taunting from the other students, at first, for Brolee had a strange tail. San Kha took Brolee into the mountain range North of the dojo, and taught him self control, for Brolee could become dangerous when transforming. The moon causes Brolee to transform into a large ape-like creature, but Brolee, after much hard work, learned to control the transformation, and stop it from occurring. Brolee soon outclassed the other students, and mastered his sensei's skill. He was sent to train with San Khan's brother, San Hayo. San Hayo taught Brolee his legendary trade, speed swording. Brolee soon developed freakish, blinding speed, and unparalleled skill with the sword. His master taught him a form called "blind slashing," with which, Brolee analyzes his opponent's attack style, then uses all kinds of leaps and spins, being able to defend from behind (without needing to see the opponent). One night, the camp arose in chaos. They were ambushed by a mysterious group. Brolee slashed his way through enemies, to San Hayo's chamber, but he was too late. His master lay dead. Seeing this, Brolee immediately rushed to San Khan's dojo, but he too lay dying. He rushed to his dying master, and heard his final words: "You are a Saiyan, a powerful, proud race. If you should fail, there are few that can help our planet. You must learn to use ki, learn as much as you can..." The man that was like his father had been murdered...and the group that did it was escaping. He snapped. His hair flew up in a swift wind, and turned a golden hue. He would pursue all knowledge of Saiyan's and ki. He went to a city, and attended high school, and later got a job at Capsule Corp. He was hired by a purple haired man near his age, known only as "Mr. Briefs," who spotted his tail in an earlier encounter. He taught Brolee how to master ki, fly, and use many powerful ki attacks. Now Brolee trains, and helps stop crime in the city. He is known to stop bullets with his swords, and dodge them.  Quote: "Your injustices will not go unpunished."
