The city is huge in sprawling over the Naan River in the South Eastern Reaches of the continent. The town is pristene and not an inch of it is dirty. Many up-scale inn and taverns are in the area. The queen that rules Isperia usually turns her eyes away from the center of the continent where magic is still abound. Her ancestors invaded the countinent and tried to take it over. All the magical creatures or powerful humans fled to the center. The queen controls the coast line and her permission must be asked for magic creatures to sail to distant lands. Of course she isn't exactly bad, she just isn't in favor of most of the population. She turns a blind eye to the magic creature regulations that her grandfather made and she is also good friends with some of the creatures hence her leaving them alone.
But the queen has been acused of treason by the town gaurd for accosiating with magical creatures. Several weeks ago, they moved in to catch her in the act. All they found in the queen's chambers was an unconsious chemist. But, as the gazed out the window, they saw the shadows of three figiures escaping the palace. The city gaurd have taken over ruling the country. Where is the queen now?

Niccea gets on one knee before the queen. "I'm taking some my friends on mine on a travel on the other continent. I know you don't care."
The queen smiles. "What is going on in the heart of the country?"
Niccea bites her lip. "Ancient history is coming to life. Not the history the children of your country study in school, the ancient evil I spoke of is only remembered by elven kind. I'm traveling myself to do research on it."
Niccea rises takes her leave. "On my honor I will not let darkness take the world without a fight." Niccea leaves the palace but goes into a tavern for a drink.

Niccea is suspicious of this man. She follows him through the machine. "What are they up to?" She goes down and imediately begins posing as a dangerous female. Which is not far from the truth. She stands in a dark corner of the hidden room.

"There is no king. And my alligence is to the queen as her knight and protector of the forest." Niccea doesn't care what the surrounding people think or how they react. ((are we in an FFVII rerun?))

"I'm the head of the Black Order of the neutral knights." She says this not in a bragging way just as a matter of fact. "And your group?"

She nods. "Just making sure you weren't an anarchist trying to over throw the government." The vampire elf sits down to listen in to the meeting. "The queen is trying to bridge the gaps and more humans are moving into the center of the country but not a significant amount. Remember the Port goes into pannic when an half drowned elf washes up. Imagine what will happen when my friends and I go on vaction."

She gives him a steely gaze. "I can...it is easy...take the back door...the gaurds never look back there." She smiles glad that she didn't have to fight.

Niccea crawls up the elevator shaft and jumps onto the roof of the tavern. "Now we must take the sky ways. Not all gaurds like magic." She leads the way flitting around the city nearly blending in with the darkness. The reach the palace which is shining brillantly in the night. She bounds down and leads them through the back door. There is no one in the area. "See?"
