Back from Orlando. With two new pairs of shoes, some books, some new jewelry, and a torn rotator cuff. W00t! I rock, yes? Flopping down face first into the road is a graceful and fun activity. I highly recommend it if you like a lot of pain, bruises, and gravel in your face. Go me.

Ouch! I'm sorry to hear that about your slipping! From the sound of it, that really sucks. I hope you're feeling better. Books are always good though. I'm sad again now that Blossom left. Now she's on vacation. Was the flight ok?

Woo! I'm home from vacation now too! Fresnel, I hope your shoulder's doing better. Rotator cuff injuries suck. x_x
I can't wait for so many things - Friday so Burger can come down again, August 28th so I can stop working at the newspaper and go back to college, and also, I just want to be able to see Burger more often.

aug 12-Blossom's coming up 'cause my aunt's throwing me a bday party (we have the same bday)
Aug 19th- BBQ!!!!!!
and most importantly: aug 28th!!!!!!!!!!![eleven]
and for now, I am on vacation at the couch.

I went to the orthopedist Monday, and they took more X-rays. Apparently, I do not have a torn rotator cuff, it was just a sprain, and is healing nicely. Yay!
I will still be able to sleep on my left side. You can't imagine what a huge relief this is.
You guys sound as though you've had busy summers. Wish I was in college again ...

FastFresnel I went to the orthopedist Monday, and they took more X-rays. Apparently, I do not have a torn rotator cuff, it was just a sprain, and is healing nicely. Yay! I will still be able to sleep on my left side. You can't imagine what a huge relief this is. You guys sound as though you've had busy summers. Wish I was in college again ... Hooray for feeling better, hooray for healing nicely, Hooray for college! My summer is starting to slow down now that i'm not working anymore though. I'm not complaining. It's nice to have a little peace.

My summer just got more hectic, because I started my second clinical (in a locked psych unit at the hospital). I am having such a great time there! The only thing I don't like is that I only get an hour break between the clinical and my paying job, most of which time I spend driving. So my days are long. At least it's only another week and a half of the clinical. I don't like long days.
