What is your favorite song from a musical - mine is When you Believe from the Prince of Egypt, but I also love Beacuty and the beast, memory, phantom of the opra and more.

Hmmm...well, I can't chose just one, but some of my faves are Wouldn't It Be Loverly (My Fair Lady), Memory (Cats), Castle On A Cloud (Les Miserables), and God Help the Outcasts (Hunchback of Notre Dame).

how do you decide???? there's so many. i really like the very end of les mis, where valjean dies (i don't know the title) and the phantom theme is really good also, but there are so many others also

I have a whole lot of favorite songs from musicals and it's hard to pick one, but I guess I'd have to say The Music of the Night from The Phantom of the Opera. Close runner-ups are Seasons of Love from Rent, Defying Gravity from Wicked and Love You I Do from (the movie version of) Dreamgirls. I'm not quite sure why I like that last one, but it's catchy and fun to listen to.
There are probably a whole lot more runner-ups that I've momentarily forogotten about...oh yeah! The Lady's Got Potential from (the movie version of) Evita!
