If you could create a spell.....what would it be?

As I was reading through the fifth book again, I noticed Hermione was studying a complex model of turning an owl into opera glasses (scoffs at the sheer absurdity). I thought, shouldn't there be a spell to create opera glasses and not have to torture the owl? Then I thought, what other spells should there be?

i would make a vampiric aura spell that would suck strength out of the oppenent and then make sure its completed by the incantation
