I'd say KH Cloud. Because of the cool clothes ^^ But he's very pretty in AC as well!

Well, I don't know what Cloud from the original FF7 looked like, but Cloud in KH2 and Advent Children look the same, except the sword is different... but compared to KH 1, Advent Children Cloud is hotter. sweatdrop

^^ I adored the Kingdom Hearts Cloud, but I wasn't so fond of the Advent Children Cloud. I'll admit, in AC his clothes were definitely cooler, but I didn't like the way his head turned out. I thought KH did better justice to him.
