Adam west has to be one of the most random guys in all of family guy..
he was able to distract the whole town from the digg'em fiasco by jingling his keys...

actually, his plan to distract the town with his keys failed and he had a brick thrown at him, causing him to bleed, leading him to think that he's a tomato. He actually distracts the town by forming a bill to ban gay marriage
