I saw the movie a few days ago and was a little disapointed. I thought it would be a lot more funny, and I really wasn't expecting a cliffhanger at the end. This movie dealt with more serious things and while there were funny moments it was never really laugh out loud funny. The special effects and action scenes were pretty cool but you can't have a movie just ride on special effects and its reputation. It almost seemed to me that Disney is just getting greedy. If I had not seen the Curse of the Black Pearl and didn't have sush high expectations for it I probably would have liked it better, but I did, so this one didn't live up to my expectations. I just hope the next one is better.

i love that movie.and don't really have to see the first one.but it sucked though when captain jack got swallowed by the big octopus.but they can't kill him off like that.they're supposed to be making a third one continuing the third.*i think*

i liked it.
i went with my dads friend and her kids to a midnight showing at the mall lol. we got front row seats so we had to crane our heads to see the screen. but it was worth it lol. plus i love johnny depp so it was good. and then i swa it a couple day later with my friends who sad it was good to.
