Ok, now the part you've all been "DYING" to read mrgreen
***EDIT***This only applies when there is a battle involving 3 or more human controlled characters (if less than three, the rules can go either way the combatants desire) now have at it blaugh
Jario Maon
battle system: yes you can battle in here! either me malechi or one of the other mods will enter a battle taget and hp to the game and if you just so happen to be in it's way you have just been put into battle now if you want to run you can try but it counts as a try.
to run roll a 100 sided dice.
if 49 and below your attmpt to run fails and the monster is able to attack.
if 50 and up you succesfully run from battle (note you will not get any exp. or items or gold)(not gaia gold but gold you can use in the rp)
now if you are feeling brave and or want to kill something you can ignore the running option and go "balls to the wall" and fight!
to attack roll 2, 20 sided dice. if 14 and below your attack fails and the turn goes to the next player or to the target"
if 15 and higher, then your attack hits!
attack multipliers!
if 15 to 19, attack is normal roll.
if 20 to 29, attack pwr is doubled!
if 30 to 39, attack is tripled!
if 40, your attack is a critical hit and most times an instant kill (except for boss fights in that case your attack take 1/2 of targets hp!)
your experience is divided among those that participated in the battle(that have lived) (and yes there are shops that you can purchase pheonix downs and auto revive potions and other things of that nature)
along with taverns and inns and faction guilds (i.e. assassins guilds, theifs guilds, Fighters guilds, Mages guilds and so on) (note you might want to write down what factions you belong to and what Items you have bought along with your gold and experience that you have gained in battle) and there is also a arena where you can battle against your friends in a friendly competition. not for experience though.
Dodging: in order to dodge or block you must roll a 20 sided if a regular monster. on regular monsters if dice roll is lower than 10 your attempt fails and you take damage
Boss dodging: in order to block/ dodge a boss you must roll a 100 sided dice. and on the boss fights if your roll is lower than 30 your attempt fails. if 31 and up your attempt succeeds.
exp.points systems!
yes you get to lvl up!
... Actually it's manditory that you do or you wont be able to do some of these many thing's! like survive! buy certain Items! buy kick a** weapons! buy awsome armor! and the list goes on and on!
so here is the lvl stats and stuff(note, there will be a couple of sticky threads opening in the near future the rp shop thread*which will be compatible to the soon coming actuall rp thread* and the lvl list thread)
at lvl.1. your hp is at 1000 and mp at 500.
in order to lvl up to lvl. 2. you will need 100 hp.
(note your hp and mp will go up 1/2 the one before for example. 1000 hp =1500 hp at lvl 2! mp 500=750 at lvl 2! neat huh?)
your character stats are determined by your dice roll so you don't have to worry about writing that stuff down untill you reach lvl. 10! that's when the fun starts!.
well any ways
them's the breaks! mrgreen
now have fun!

Also: If you plan to dodge for your whole party you can, but it'll cost all of your Mp, 100 Exp, at least 110 (use two 100 sided die), and you must skip your next attack phase
Extra note: If you preform a succesful dodge you may preform another dodge to shield a party member (You must skip your next attack phase in return though)
