It's that time of the year, again. No, not Christmas; not your birthday... IT'S SUMMER VACATION! And, this year, our good buddies from the Fire Emblem universe have decided to throw a pool party. Sounds like fun, doesn't it? The party is being held at... Nino's house?! Eh, well... As long as Sonia doesn't find out, right?

If you'd like to claim a character, just send me a PM stating you'd like them. This is just filler, to protect us from going senile. I have no character limit at the moment, but try and be reasonable. You may use characters from The Blazing Sword, The Sacred Stones, or Path of Radience (while there are other games, of course, we will be keeping it in the English language).

Please be cautioned that this RP may contain traces of craziness, yaoi and yuri, bathing suits, and hints of partying. neutral But you knew that already, since you're already a member of SOTS.

Rebecca bore a large smile of the face, but her body showed otherwise as she nervously clenched and held her arms against the body as a cool gust of wind blew past. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to wear her bathing suit to Nino's, instead of changing there. Primarily, if Linus and Lloyd showed up.

Her hand moved up to her hair and she pulled on braid behind her shoulders. She would probably take them out either way, before swimming, but she decided to look extra-nice... especially if Wil was coming. "Nino?" she called as she reached the door and lightly knocked on it. "You there?"

Astrid and Sothe walked down the road together. Astrid saw Rebecca and was instantly jealous of the friendship her and Nino had. Astrid was raised in a high class family and never really went outside thanks to her overprotective mother. Instead of socializing with the other kids her age she ended up learning how to ride horses and to use a bow and arrow. She loved riding horses but she was unsure what the archery trainign would do for her in her life.

Sothe was almost the exact opposite of Astrid. He was abandoned at birth end ended up raising himself. He was poor and lived on the streets until Astrid met him 4 years before and let him live in her house. Sothe's heart was beating a mile per minute. He had a crush on Nino ever since she asked him for a pencil in the second grade.

Astrid was nervous as she rang the doorbell. It was her first social event and she had no idea how she got invited.

Nino's face brightened. "Yay! More people!"

She swung the door open, a huge smile plastered to her face. She smiled even wider when she saw who was at the door. Then again, Nino usually smiled whenever she met people.

"Hey Sothe!" Nino said, nodding at the green-haired boy. She been expecting him to come. Rumor had it that Sothe was crushing on her. Nino had decided to feign obliviousness until she heard it directly from him. "Glad you could make it."

Turning to Astrid, the green-haired girl beamed. "I was afraid you wouldn't come!" Nino had heard Astrid didn't get invited out a lot, so she decided to play 'good neighbor' and invite the girl.

"Both of you are some of the first people here," she said, addressing the new arrivals as she dragged them into the house by their hands. "Please don't break anything. Mother would SO kill me if she found out I was doing this."

Titania drove up Nino's driveway in her silver Miata, grabbed her duffle bag from the passenger seat, adjusted her hair in the mirror and stepped out. Slinging the bag over her shoulder, she put her sunglasses on and walked up to the front door. Giving a knock and a ring of the bell, she stared around at the rest of the neighbour hood.

Soren closed his front door, waved through the window to his parents, and walked two houses down to Nino's. A pool party? Gah, why do they invite me to these things!? I hate swimming...
He walked up the little path just as Titania was leaving her car. "Titania!? What are you doing here!?"
"Soren? Oh. Nino asked me to be lifeguard for her little party. I thought you hated swimming?"
"I do. But I certainly don't hate Nino..."
"Ooh, someone's got a crush on Nino!"
"Shut up, Titania...
Oh, Erk! I didn't notice you there. What'cha reading?" Soren beamed at his booky friend. "Anything good?"

Kieran arrived sortly after Soren, pulling his red Mustang right beside Titania's car. The perky pink-haired girl Marcia was in the passenger's seat, large rims already on her face and a beach towel in her lap. She brought nothing more with her, she simply wore slightly torn jean shorts and layered red and white tank tops over her swimsuit. Once Kieran cut the engine, they both unbuckled their seat belts and stepped out of the car. Marcia flashed a friendly smile at Titania and Soren as Kieran grabbed his things out of the backseat.
"Hey guys! ...Good gravy, a lot of people are here already." Marcia said realizing more people were at the door. She checked her watch and noted that they were a few minutes earlier than expected.
"Fantastic day, isn't it?" Kieran cried, suddenly chiming into the small conversation that was brewing. He looked as if he was ready to go, his bare muscles showing, wearing nothing more than his red and yellow trunks, the towel on his shoulder, and a cheesey grin on his face. He was absolutely beaming. It was a lovely summer's day, school was out, summer school had just ended, and the young girl Nino was kind enough to get everyone together.

"You didn't forget about us, did you sis?"

"Lloyd?" Nino turned around...to be wrapped in a Linus-style death grip and noogie. "AH! LINUS! THAT HURTS!" Nino cried playfully as her brother attempted to crush her head beneath his knuckles. During the time it had taken her to wrestle her way out of Linus' death grip, the doorbell had rung several times.

Turning to her other guests, Nino straightened her hair and responded, "Thanks for the compliments and going outside would probably be ideal."

The girl opened the door to find quite a few people gathered there. She beamed at the group. "Erm...Excuse me everyone! Could you all move into the backyard? The food and pool are back there."

She didn't wait for a reaction before scurrying over to Titania. "I am SO glad you're here!"
