Hello, this is the first time I've entered the guild (college is keeping me busy xp ). Thank you for letting me join! ^_^ But, um, yeah, I've kinda strayed from Beatles fandom over the past few weeks. sweatdrop I cahnged my radio station and, it plays Beatles, but not as often as teh station I used to listen to.
Anyways, this song's been (trying) to play throguh my head recently, perhaps I should request it on my new radio station soemtime.
"You say you want a revolutio-on, we-ell, you know...we all want to change the world...You say that it's evil-lutio-on, we-ell you know..."
And yeah, that's all that's been able to play through my head. lol

Hullo all!
My name is Lexi, and I am a huge Beatles fan! I appreciate you letting me in; I have apparently been deemed worthy enough, so huzzah!
Lesse, The Beatles are always #1 in my book, but I do have several other musical interests. They're quite varied, but it's safe to say that if it's from the 60s, I love it. Mamas and the Papas, The Monkees, The Who, Led Zeppelin, etc., etc.
My favorite album is tied between Abbey Road and The White Album. My favorite song is While My Guitar Gently Weeps. I try not to pick favorites 'cos the boys all compliment each other so beautifully, but I've always leaned towards George. His songwriting is genius, he's a brilliant musician in all aspects, and he's just plain gorgeous. heart
That's about it! 3nodding

Senki's the name. I've been a Beatles fan for most of my life thanks to my Paul-obsessed dad. n_n Mein favourites are Ringo and Paul. I don't care if everyone thinks he's an egotistical b*****d, I think he's cool. And cute. And he sings like an angel. heart Let it Be > j00
I also like Oasis, Strawberry Alarmclock, some military marches, Scatman John, and a lot of random classical music. n_n SoI got a pretty open taste in music, but I can't stand rap or modern pop. u_u
and other interests..? Third Reich, Charlie Chaplin, Andy Kaufman, WWII.. y'know, stuff.

Yay! Alrighty... I'm Pam. Woo. I'm 16 years old and I live in Florida. I'm rather not-fond of Florida though, as it is far too hot in the summer and at the moment I feel like I'm breathing water. Stupid humidity. I'm hopefully leaving my high school next year to start community college. High school is horrible. Can't wait to get out. Let's see... I know German quite well, I love to act and work backstage at our local theater, I teach modern dance class once a week to 7 year olds (woohoo), and I work at a bookstore downtown every Saturday. I love to read. Mainly fantasy, such as LotR (best books in the world), the Anne Rice books, and the Redwall series. Oh... And Shakespeare rocks meh socks. And... -whisper- I'm not even wearing socks.
I happened to hear Yellow Submarine on the radio and fell head-over-heels in lust with it when I was five. The obsession grew, and now I'm a full-fledged Beatles junkeh. It's a wonderful thing. Woo.
Let's see... I also like U2, The Police, Secret Machines, the Strokes, Muse, Jet, Coldplay, Yes, and (oh boy!) Pink Floyd. o_O
Huh. I dun' really have a favorite Beatle. Alla them are quite lovely. But I really do enjoy John to the fullest extent. xD Yeah. Although he was a bit of a smart-a** and attention grabber.
And to wrap up... Hmm... O_o
I'm in love with Dhani Harrison. Yaaahoo.

Helloo! I am Ashari, another crazy Bealtes maniac (obviously).
I first fell in love with the Beatles when I was about six, and I pretty much grew up with them too. My dad must have played Abbey Road a hundred thousand times, and when he got tired of that, he went to A Hard Day's Night. To this day, Abbey Road has got to be my favorite album. Although I've always been a Beatles fan, I didn't really become a Beatles nut until my dad rented Yellow Submarine one day and watched it at full volume, singing along with my stepmom when both of them were under the influence of too much red wine. mrgreen It was a blast. From that day forth, I was completely OBSESSED with the Beatles. I watched Yellow Submarine at least once a day until we had to return it, and when I convinced my dad to check it out again, I did the same thing. I stole my dad's Beatles albums off the shelf (he has every single one, being an uber fan himself, and no one was using them) and listened to each one over and over and over and over...I first did this with Let it Be, and once I exhaused that temporarily, I went to A Hard Day's Night because I had convinced my dad to rent the movie. (I watched that daily too.) The same thing happened with the album and movie Help!. By this time, I had found an old book written in 1968 that we had gotten from a school library rummage sale about 10 years ago when we lived in Ohio. The book was a biography on all four Beatles, and you can bet I read it religiously. (Seriously, there were two books under my night stand: The Bible and that Beatles biography. The Bible has been a real dust collector ever since I found that biography.) Even though at first I annoyed the CRAP out of my family by blaring the Beatles over and over again, eventually they sort of fell into it with me. My sisters and I would randomly break out in singing songs from Help! when we were cleaning the house on weekends. A very cool thing happened on my birthday, when my friend Stacey got me a book on the Beatles, and then...MY PARENTS BOUGHT ME THE BEATLES ANTHOLOGY BOOK!! Very happy moment, needless to say. An even cooler thing happened on Christmas, when we named our new puppy Abbey Road. mrgreen (But oddly enough, that one wasn't my idea - it was my stepmom's.)
My Beatlemania has died down slightly, or so it seems that way to the public eye. I've just internalized my obsession so that I don't annoy anyone with it anymore. mrgreen
So yeah, there's the history of my obsession. Like any of you care. wink Sorry for the gratuitously long paragraph...I got a bit carried away. mrgreen
