I looked it up so there can be some discussion ^^;;

It says it is a 3D first person shooter game, and had some of the best graphics of the time. Anything 3D shooter is good to me cool

Could you explain the enemy program, are the smart and does it change slightly in each gameplay?

I had the first Descent on my first PC. Can't play it now, it wasn't bad though.

Yeah, I had the first Descent way back when. I had problems with the way the flight system was set up. Just enough flying to be cool.

However, I was more than happy to start playing X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter instead.

The enemies are smarter on higher difficulty levels, I'm not sure if they change every play though, but it's pretty good with the robots' AI consider the game was made in 1997... Still the best games of all time in my opinion.

BTW: If you have Descent 1 or 2 and want to play it, you can use something ccall D1X, D1X-rebirth, D2X, or D2X-Xl. For more Information, search the forums and Planet Descent.
