they are really long and have a part where you can shorten the filter they`re a certain type of players..

I've seen them before, but i can't recall the name.
They were 100's but they had a perferation where you could tear the filter off most of the way. Quite interesting.

yeah i hate those things because of that though since it feels weird when smoke them so have to usally take that part of the filter out

No you fools! Parliments aren't ment for a controlled filter. That space is ment for cocaine. In the club scene, when they would do coke all the time and dance, they wanted to find an easier way to do bumps. So they created Parliment cigarettes with a little space for cocaine at the bottom and thinner filters so that the cocaine could seep through the cigarette easier to make a better "Coke Smoke." Parliment is a really sign of drug use, and I love them.

In the club scene, when they would do coke all the time and dance, they wanted to find an easier way to do bumps. So they created Parliment cigarettes with a little space for cocaine at the bottom and thinner filters so that the cocaine could seep through the cigarette easier to make a better "Coke Smoke." Parliment is a really sign of drug use, and I love them. no s**t, and its the only cig with a controled filter...kids

and its used so you don't burn your lips when it gets down far enough (if you notice, it doesn't)
however the coke explanation sounds plausible.

I think people use the receded filter to take a bump with, not so much to numb their mouth with. Although it is possible lol. Cocaine for everybody!
Stimulants actually got me addicted to smoking....I've smoked 4 packs in a day on speed. Wtf? I went from smoking a cigarette on ocassion, to 2 packs a day in the same afternoon. All thanks to amphetamines. XD
