Needles and lots and lots of pain... I can't stand pain *shivers* just thinking about them gives me the creeps. Zombies are also up there but only because there the undead. stare

Heights, drowning, being hanged, basically dying in a way of not being able to breathe like drowning or being hanged.

I have a fear of rainbow butt monkeys but I don't think you should use that one rofl
Another fear is being skinned alive in a bath tub full of bleach or having wooden wedges hammered under my finger nails. Don't ask I have alot of time to think about these things. Ok?

Unknown creatures, alien motives, and being cut off from this plane of existence in a dimensional prison. If you want good examples, check out the tv tropes website and look up high octane nightmare fuel and check under the examples in literature. It's very helpful for inspiring horror writers.
