Can anyone give me tips on making this game a little bit easier? I'm finding that my deck is rather weak, but getting cards is becoming a hassle. Is it just easier to level up? The bosses are really tough, and fighting is difficult too. This game is just really hard for me.

well the easy way to get moogle points is to clear out two rooms beside each otherand go back and forth and get the moogle points and to lvl up just go back to weaker worlds when you get to the lvl you want just go back and you wont need any of the door card things youve already used

Well customize your deck to your liking and in combos that are easy to do in a flash. Also Dont put too many healing items in your deck ( atleast i didnt and I beat the game). But one thing is to level up dont rush the game, if you can beat a boos then go back and level up in different worlds, it will take time but in the end you will win..
Also dont put your entire game in one save file use all three of them..

Thanks! Sounds like it'll take a long time, but I'll keep at it! Gameboy games are hard anyway. Such a tiny screen...

I found this game somewhat difficult... I just put attack cards and one or two cure spells in my deck. I didn't even know how to use Special enemy cards until halfway through the game, much like I went through all of KHII without abilities but... (I have them now) Leveling up will help and the farther you get the more powerful enemy cards you'll get that should help, too. It's not too difficult but I had to level up a lot... The hardest thing for me was getting through the doors. stare I hope this helps... I'm not that good at helping people.

Every little bit helps! smile
I noticed yesterday that I had at least fifteen item cards that I had yet to use. And, I had a lot of Moogle room cards that I never used. So...now I have quite a few better attack cards. I'm on level 24, and I've beaten Wonderland and Halloween Town. I'm working on Monstro because I tried Olympus Coliseum and found it ridiculously hard. But now I'm stuck on the stupid prison Heartless. >_<
Any tips for defeating that certain boss?

The boss in Monstro? Well, I can't remember what I did in my game but I found it somewhat difficult. My little sister, who hasn't even played Kingdom Hearts (1), got it before I did when it first came out. I pretended not to want it because I couldn't get it. I just got it in December or January that just passed and beat right before KHII came out! But... She was stuck on Monstro because of that boss and she wanted me to beat (I don't know why I remember this but...) it. So I tried and lost. Her Sora wasn't very strong and I wasn't sure what cards she was using and I had never played the game before. (but I learn quickly, and it's not that hard to figure out) Finally, I got tired of losing and I decided I was going to attack like crazy! And I won! Just level up and go berserk! My advice sucks... stare

I'm just having problems with Flower Boy, when he's riding the giant nobody. I keep running out of cards and every time I get close to winning, I die. It doesn't help that something happens where when I just use a normal attack card, it doesn't reload. So in the end, I'm stuck with about three cards. scream And it sucks that you have to break one of his cards to even be able to attack him. It's not that I don't have a lot of cards in my deck, cuz I do. They're also strategically placed to do long chained combos. My villain cards consist of Riku, Vexen, and Marluxia.

Yep. The battles only get harder. And something to look forward to: After you finish Sora's half of the game, you get to do Riku's half. Fun!

ArchAeon are you talking about the last battle at the end with Sora? I thought the last battle was really easy... As for Riku's half: It's really interesting but it's shorter and easier than sora's. There are only two hard bosses in Riku's story (I am not going to tell you who they are because i don't want to ruin it for you) One in second to the last place (I can't say that either) and one in Castle Olblivion: the last one. I beat both games at level 62. I guess that's the lucky number to beat the game! But I beat Riku's half after KH2... I beat Sora's half before it. I think if you really try hard to win you can do it!
Yes, it is a long frustrating game, but it is worth it!

But I don't know why. I mean, something keeps deleting my cards from reloading, so I run out of all my cures and almost all of my attack cards. It's not that Marluxia is hard, but it's my card problem. I even use Riku to reuse my cards, and Marluxia to double my sleights. (Vexen just keeps me alive. xd He's useful.)

I beat the giant Heartless in Monstro last night! xd Then I went and beat Cloud, but now I'm stuck on Hades. I think if I just level up a bit I'll be able to take him though.

Oh! Are all of your cards the kind that look kind of shiny? Because they don't come back when you reload. And if you use to many sleights you'll run out of cards! Each time you use a sleight the first card disappears.
Good job on beating Monstro! Yeah, the hardest bosses are more towards the end but it's not that bad. Good luck! biggrin
