 Promise Peak
The peak where all true promises are made though now it seems to be a favourite haunt for lovers to pledge their love.
NPC to be found
Thea, the breeding NPC. She is an Elder and she resides on Promise Peak listening to promises made and granting worthy couples the gift of having kids.
